Unlike normal motor cars, 4x4s require specialist service bays, equipment and trained specialists in order to service, repair and maintain them properly, not always understood by people new to 4x4s. Derek’s head mechanic Cian Mahony, ISUZU trained and certified, has five assistant mechanics at his side in the workshop, together with the companies quality control systems they have built up a superb reputation for quality servicing and repair and are now considered the leading 4x4 servicing garage in Ireland.

Cian has been Derek Burton 4x4’s Workshop Manager since 1998 he is fully Isuzu trained and certified, with extensive experience of all makes and models of four wheel drive vehicles and light commercials Cian and his fully trained crew of mechanics make Derek Burton 4x4 Irelands leading centre of excellence for 4x4 service and maintenance.
